Huge beef rib, brisket and sausages! This is a seriously impressive plate of protein! What else could you want on a bbq plate? These portions are the perfect size.
Texas BBQ House is one of my favorite places to go for barbeque. The owners are nice and the BBQ sauce... can't get enough of the BBQ sauce. I do recommend the beef rib and the fatty brisket. I'm not much of the lean brisket for some reason anywhere. I just like my meats with a little fat.
